*Orders made after 11 AM will be processed on the next working day. A notification email containing your order tracking details will be sent to you once the item is sent for shipping.

What if I am not in the time of delivery?

You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and mahsyar.com. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.

How can I track my order?

You can track the order delivery status here pos.com.my.

*Shipment tracking number can be found via your account dashboard. Alternatively, you can contact us if you fail to get your tracking number.

How to calculate/Estimate shipping costs?

All prices on our website do not include shipping. Shipping costs will automatically be added during checkout. We try hardest to deliver your items within the delivery period. A separate email with the tracking number details will be sent once the order has been processed.
Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commences form the date of dispatch. Mahsyar will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination clearance process.

International Shipping

As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for any additional courier charge, levies, duties, taxes and other customs fees required for clearance. 

*Please note that refunds will not be issued for any orders that are refused or abandoned due to issues with customs fees. 

How do I claim for lost and damaged orders?

Mahsyar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
